<p><i>1) In case of third-party Products and its installations, we (MAHLE) shall not be held responsible for any failure of the Product on account of incorrect usage/installation or in its intended use and the Products shall be deemed to be out of warranty, irrespective of the date of purchase and/or date of warranty claim. further we (MAHLE) shall not be held responsible for any loss of any kind to the customer,</i></p><p><i>2) In case of third-party Products, We (MAHLE) will assist in coordinating with the manufacturer to register the warranty claim, if any.</i></p>
