As suggested, I installed the VAT version but in that I am getting database data structure error. so, continue with the existing EOL VAT version.and started developing working on GetINI function.

1) find 13.1.46.11 VAT version and installed,2) While run the DLX project .exe blocking by carbon black so raised IT ticket to resolve this issue.3) Trying to create a simple state machine and try to create binary file using VAT.4) understanding the "InstGetINIValue" function.
